NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS

CLEMENCY AND PARDONS

BOARD

[ Memorandum -- September 27, 2006 ]

     The Washington state clemency and pardons board hereby files with the code reviser the following notice that a special meeting of the clemency and pardons board is scheduled for October 30, 2006, at 10:00 a.m., in Hearing Room C, John L. O'Brien Building, Olympia, Washington.

     The agenda items are as follows:

     1. Discussion of election of chairperson.

     2. MASSEY, Barry (Petition A - Tabled over from September 15, 2006 hearing).

     3. Discussion and approval of proposed bylaws.

     4. Discussion and approval of proposed policies and procedures.

     5. Revision of forms and petitions.

     6. Preliminary review committee for March 2007 meeting.

     Please note that the order of the agenda items may change in order to accommodate board member Turner's possible late arrival.
