Pupil tests and records -- Authority.
Pursuant to authority under provisions of RCW 28A.305.130, the
((state board of education)) office of superintendent of
public instruction, hereby prescribes the rules and
regulations relating to pupil tests and records hereinafter in
WAC ((180-52-020, 180-52-025, 180-52-030 and 180-52-035))
392-500-020, 392-500-025, 392-500-030 and 392-500-035 set
forth.
