     In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the health care authority (HCA).

     Document Title: Provider Notice #12-32.

     Subject: Prescription drug program: Washington preferred drug list (PDL) - changes in status to some drugs currently on the PDL and the addition of a new drug class referred to as newer diabetics.

     Effective Date: June 1, 2012.

     Effective for dates of service on and after June 1, 2012, the medicaid program of the HCA will publish a revised Washington PDL. This update represents changes in status to some drugs currently on the PDL and the addition of a new drug class referred to as newer diabetics.
