In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the health care authority (HCA).

Document Title: Provider Notice #13-44.

Subject: Inpatient Hospitals Medicaid Provider Guide.

Effective for dates of service on and after July 1, 2013, the medicaid program of the HCA filed new rules for provider preventable conditions under WAC 182-502-0022 (WSR 13-11-051) establishing its payment policy for services provided to clients by health care professionals and inpatient hospitals that result in provider preventable conditions (PPCs).
