In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Document Title: Public Notice.

Subject: Community options program entry system (COPES) waiver amendment related to capacity limits.

Effective Date: April 1, 2013.

Document Description: Washington is submitting a technical amendment for the COPES waiver, WA.0049. The amendment adjusts enrollment limits for year five (April 1, 2013-March 31, 2014) to reflect higher number of enrollees in the waiver.
