INTERPRETIVE OR POLICY STATEMENT

In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Document Title: Public Notice.

Subject: Renewal of the New Freedom waiver.

Effective Date: February 1, 2015.

Document Description: Home and community services, a division of aging and long-term support administration, in cooperation with the health care authority intends to submit a waiver application to the federal Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services requesting renewal of the New Freedom waiver (WA# 0443). Currently the waiver is due to expire February 14, 2015. Once approved, the state will be able to continue to provide services to eligible persons.
