In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Document Title: DCS Administrative Policy 1.14: Release of Credit Bureau Information to the AAGs and Prosecutors.

Subject: Release of credit bureau information to the AAGs and prosecutors.

Effective Date: September 2, 2015.

Document Description: This policy explains when DCS field office staff is authorized to release credit bureau information to the attorney general's office and to the county prosecuting attorneys.
