Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The commissioner is considering amending the actuarial opinion and memorandum regulation to more clearly align with chapter
48.74 RCW and industry standards.

Process for Developing New Rule: Submit written comments by July 15, 2020.
