NOTICE OF APPEAL
Pursuant to RCW
34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On September 18, 2020, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Loren R. Dunn, Principal, Beveridge & Diamond, relating to the Washington State Department of Ecology's denial of a petition to repeal or amend WAC 173-334-130 (The reporting list of chemicals of high concern to children (CHCC list)). The Governor's Office denied the appeal on October 27, 2020.
