In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of social and health services.

Document Title: DCS AP 1.14.

Subject: Release of credit bureau information to the office of the attorney general and prosecutors.

Effective Date: November 3, 2022.

Document Description: This DCS administrative policy explains that DCS staff are authorized to release credit bureau information to the office of the attorney general and to the county prosecuting attorneys.
