Document Title: Policy Clarification Memo (PCM) 23-004: Changes to How DCS Reports Unclaimed Property to the Department of Revenue (DOR).

Subject: DCS PCM 23-004.

Effective Date: March 6, 2023.

Document Description: This PCM explains how the Revised Uniform Unclaimed Property Act requires DCS [to] report unclaimed property to DOR one year after trying to distribute payments instead of two years.
