BELLEVUE COLLEGE

Effective Date of Rule: Thirty-one days after filing.

Purpose: Bellevue College plans to repeal WAC 132H-121-020 Hazing rules. This change is proposed as updates regarding hazing have been made to chapter 132H-126 WAC, Student conduct code of Bellevue College, to be in compliance with Sam's Law (HB [2SHB] 1751).
