GAMBLING COMMISSION

Purpose: This amendment establishes that the regularly scheduled public commission meetings will be held at a date and place to be established by the commission with at least two weeks notice.

AMENDATORY SECTION (Amending WSR 86-15-025, filed 7/14/86)
WAC 230-02-020 Time and place of meetings. Regular public meetings
of the commission shall normally be held quarterly at the ((hour of 10:00
a.m.,)) date, time, and place to be set by the commission with at least
two weeks advance notice. Additional public meetings necessary to
discharge the business of the commission may be called from time to time.
