AMENDATORY SECTION (Amending WSR 98-01-031, filed 12/8/97, effective 1/8/98)
WAC 180-16-002 Authority. The authority for this chapter
is RCW 28A.150.220(4) which ((authorizes)) requires the state
board of education to adopt rules that implement and ensure
compliance with the basic program of education requirements of
RCW 28A.150.250, 28A.150.260, and 28A.150.220 and such related
basic program of education requirements as may be established by
the state board of education.
