Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: Department of Education, Rehabilitation Services Administration; Department of Social and Health Services, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
Interested parties can participate in the decision to adopt the new rule and formulation of the proposed rule before publication. Formal hearing to be announced in Friends of the Department mailing list and the Newsletter to parents of children who are blind.
