PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, floods and slides are causing extensive damage to homes, businesses, public utilities,
public facilities, and infrastructure in Grays Harbor County
NOW THEREFORE, I, GARY LOCKE, Governor of the state of Washington, as a result of the
aforementioned situation and under Chapters 38.08, 38.52, and 43.06 RCW, do hereby amend
the Proclamation of March 2, 1999, and further proclaim that a State of Emergency exists in
Grays Harbor County.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the state of Washington to be affixed at Olympia this 11th day of March, A.D., Nineteen Hundred and Ninety-Nine. | ||
