(1) On all tracks
proper cameras shall be installed as an aid to the stewards,
placing and patrol judges, however, in all cases, the cameras are
merely an aid and the decisions of the ((judges)) stewards are to
be final. The photograph or video image of each finish shall be
posted in at least one conspicuous place as promptly as possible
after each race where a photo finish occurs.
(2) The association shall keep on file for the duration of the meeting each plate or film or tape of each race for reference or reproduction upon request of the commission.
