Date of Adoption: October 20, 2000.

Purpose: All pesticide uses of 1080, 1081 and phosphorous paste except for toxic collars, have been cancelled by the federal government (Environmental Protection Agency). Therefore the rules governing the use of these products for rodent control are no longer needed.

Citation of Existing Rules Affected by this Order: Repealing WAC 16-228-1385.

REPEALER

     The following section of the Washington Administrative Code is repealed:
