NOTICE OF APPEAL(RCW 34.05.330(3))
On February 2, 2001 the Governor received an appeal to the
denial by Department of Ecology Director, Tom Fitzsimmons, of a
request for an amendment to WAC 173-430-045 (a)(iii), (iv) and
(v), which would extend the number of years a grower can request
an exception for burning grass fields, dated January 31, 2001,
filed by Arthur J. Schultheis, Diamond-S Farms, Inc. DATED: February 12, 2001
