Chairperson, Elizabeth Hancock, has called a special
meeting of the board of trustees for Wednesday, November 6,
2002, at 5:45 p.m. This meeting is being held to discuss and
set a salary range for the president's position. Action may
be taken, if necessary, as a result of items discussed.
Following the open portion of the meeting an executive session
may be held to discuss personnel issues.
