Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 74.39A.050.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The language that requires basic training to be completed within one hundred twenty days after beginning to work with their first Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) client has been very difficult to implement.
