] There will be a change in the previously adopted schedule
for the 2003 meeting schedule of the Marine Employees'
Commission. The July 25, 2003, meeting will be changed to
July 18, 2003, in Seattle at the Dolphin Conference Room,
Colman Building, 3rd Floor, 811 First Avenue, Seattle and will
