Document Description: Effective for claims with dates of service on and after July 1, 2003. The Medical Assistance Administration (MAA) has updated the fee schedule section in MAA's Oxygen & Respiratory Therapy Billing Instructions dated January, 2000. The changes are listed in this memorandum.
