HORSE RACING COMMISSION

     Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapter 260-36 WAC, Criteria for refusing to issue a new license or suspending or revoking a license.

     Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 67.16.020.

     Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: To clarify under what conditions the commission shall deny, suspend or revoke a license.

     Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: None.

     Process for Developing New Rule:      Agency study.
