will meet in special session on Thursday, June 30, 2005, 9:00
a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at 2825 Roeder Avenue, Bellingham, WA, to
discuss educational access, campus master plan, foundation
feasibility study, monitoring processes, and board goals. No
