     Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: This rule making is being proposed based on recommendations made by members of the Cholinesterase Scientific Committee and the Cholinesterase Advisory Committee. These proposed changes are to clarify the language and to make some minor housekeeping changes.

     Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: The Washington State Department of Agriculture and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulate this subject.
