牋牋 This report is the Utilities and Transportation Commission's semi-annual report rule development agenda for publication in the Washington State Register pursuant to RCW 34.05.314.

牋牋 Additional rule-making activity not on the agenda may be undertaken to meet conditions not now anticipated.
