     Subject of Possible Rule Making: Licensees using electronic bingo daubers.

     Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 9.46.070 and 9.46.120.

     Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: A petition for rule change has been submitted by Game Tech, a licensed manufacturer, requesting the ability to bill bingo operators based on the number of cards sold through electronic bingo card daubers.

     Process for Developing New Rule: Interested parties can participate in the discussion of this proposed change by attending a commission meeting, or contacting the agency rules coordinator at the contact information below.
