PREPROPOSAL STATEMENT OF INQUIRY
Subject of Possible Rule Making: Limousine definitions.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 46.04.274.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Legislation was signed into law on March 17, 2006, that removed all existing limousine definitions from law and provides for defining limousines by rule.
