THIS RULE IS BEING PROPOSED UNDER AN EXPEDITED RULE-MAKING PROCESS THAT WILL ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR THE AGENCY TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARINGS, PREPARE A SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC IMPACT STATEMENT, OR PROVIDE RESPONSES TO THE CRITERIA FOR A SIGNIFICANT LEGISLATIVE RULE. Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules: To correct minor typographical changes on PDC form F-1 supplement page to the personal financial affairs statement for consistency.
Reasons Supporting Proposal: To correct minor typographical errors on the supplement page to the personal financial affairs statement (PDC form F-1).
Summary: The amendments change the supplement page to the personal financial affairs statement (PDC form F-1) to make it consistent with the language in RCW 42.17.241 (1)(g) referencing payments entity received from business customers and other government agencies of $7,500 or more.
Statutory Authority for Adoption: RCW 42.17.370.
