Subject: Property forfeiture and surplus funds.

Document Description: This notice explains to the division of child support (DCS) staff that DCS may be able to use two distinct processes to obtain funds from noncustodial parents who fail to either make payments on property they own or pay the property taxes. Both processes deal with the collection of surplus funds.
