Subject of Possible Rule Making: Clarifying commercial catch and management reporting area boundary lines.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 77.12.047.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Increases clarity of boundary descriptions and adds housekeeping corrections to provide consistency in rules between different sections.

Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
