     Title of Rule and Other Identifying Information: Repeal of noncitizen immigrant language found in WAC 182-20-250.

NOTICE

     THIS RULE IS BEING PROPOSED UNDER AN EXPEDITED RULE-MAKING PROCESS THAT WILL ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR THE AGENCY TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARINGS, PREPARE A SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC IMPACT STATEMENT, OR PROVIDE RESPONSES TO THE CRITERIA FOR A SIGNIFICANT LEGISLATIVE RULE.      Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules: Eliminate the noncitizen immigrant language in WAC 182-20-250 as the legislation ended June 30, 2004.

     Reasons Supporting Proposal: This section of the WAC is outdated and no longer applies.

     Statutory Authority for Adoption: RCW 41.05.160.

     Statute Being Implemented: RCW 41.05.220.

     Rule is not necessitated by federal law, federal or state court decision.

     Name of Proponent: Health care authority, governmental.
