Document description: This new canary notice (CN) explains to staff the new policies and procedures that the division of child support (DCS) has developed to enable us to take federal offset certification action on cases referred to DCS by a Tribal IV-D or Tribal IV-A program. Onika Garvin is the author of the document. In addition, this CN incorporates several policy clarification memos and amends most of Chapter 8 and Section 2.045 of the handbook.
