Subject: Signature of applicant business owners (WSC [WAC] 326-20-115) - Use of declaration by business owners.

     Applications submitted to the office, including the application for certification, application for recertification, and the annual update may be signed by the owner(s) of the applicant business, using a declaration made under penalty of perjury according to the laws of the state of Washington. A declaration that is substantially in the form as authorized by RCW 9A.72.085 is adequate to comply with WAC 326-20-115 Signatures of applicant business owners.
