Members of the board of trustees of Whatcom Community
College, Bellingham Technical College, and Skagit Valley
College, will hold a special dinner meeting on Monday, January
22, 2007, beginning at 6:30 p.m. with legislators from the
10th, 39th, 40th, and 42nd districts. The meeting will be
