WITHDRAWAL OF
PREPROPOSAL STATEMENT OF INQUIRY
This memo serves as notice that the department is withdrawing the CR-101 for WAC 246-935-010 which was filed February 28, 2007, and published in WSR 07-06-028. The original intent of the preproposal was to develop and update definitions of terms or tasks for veterinary technicians referred to in WAC 246-935-050.
The department would like to withdraw this CR-101 and reopen it to also allow for coordination of changes to WAC 246-935-0040. This will allow the department to include definitions of terms and tasks under that WAC. For this reason, the CR-101 for WAC 246-935-010 is being withdrawn.
