THIS RULE IS BEING PROPOSED UNDER AN EXPEDITED RULE-MAKING PROCESS THAT WILL ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR THE AGENCY TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARINGS, PREPARE A SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC IMPACT STATEMENT, OR PROVIDE RESPONSES TO THE CRITERIA FOR A SIGNIFICANT LEGISLATIVE RULE. Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules: The purpose of this rule making is to repeal sections of chapter 296-150M WAC that were moved into chapter 296-150I WAC on June 30, 2008. The program consolidated all the requirements for mobile and manufactured home installation into one chapter and needs to repeal the information as it is no longer necessary in this chapter.
