Interpretive Guideline
Washington State University has created the following
interpretive guideline: "Good Samaritan Guideline," effective
March 15, 2010. This guideline seeks to ensure that there are
no impediments to seeking prompt and appropriate attention and
assistance for students experiencing drug or alcohol
intoxication. To view the guideline on-line, access the university's
