     Document Title: Policy Clarification Memo 10-002: 2010 Washington Minimum Wage.

     Subject: 2010 Washington minimum wage.

     Effective Date: February 20, 2010.

     Document Description: This policy clarification memo (PCM) explains that the Washington minimum wage for 2010 remains unchanged from 2009 at $8.55 per hour.
