     Document Title: # Memo 10-28.

     Subject: Chiropractic services for children: Fee schedule changes.

     Effective Date: July 1, 2010.

     Document Description: Effective for dates of service on and after July 1, 2010, DSHS will update the chiropractic services for children fee schedule with the medicare physician fee schedule data base year 2010 relative value units.
