INTERPRETIVE OR POLICY STATEMENT
SOCIAL AND HEALTH SERVICES
In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list
of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department
of social and health services.

Subject: Effective for dates of service on and after April 1, 2011 (unless otherwise noted), MPA will implement the following changes to the prescription drug program: (1) New additions to the maximum allowable cost (MAC) list; (2) adjustments to existing MACs; and (3) MAC deletions.
Effective Date: March 1, 2011.
