NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS

PARKS AND RECREATION

COMMISSION

     As required by RCW 42.30.075, Open Public Meetings Act, the following change to the regular meeting schedule of the Washington state parks and recreation commission is submitted for publishing in the Washington State Register.

     The commission has called for a change to the May 18 and 19 meeting in Spokane, Washington.


     •     The work session will begin at 12:30 to 5 p.m. on May 18 at Center Place.

     •     7 p.m. until 9 p.m., the commission will meet at the Spokane Falls Community College, 3410 West Fort George Wright Drive, Spokane, WA 99224-5288.

     •     Commission meeting, May 19, starts at 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at Center Place, 2426 North Discovery Place, Spokane Valley, WA 99216.


     The public is welcome to attend all state park[s] and recreation commission meetings. Meeting sites will be barrier free to the greatest extent feasible. The commission will provide Braille or taped agenda items for the visually impaired and interpreters for those with hearing impairments if a request is received at the Washington State Parks Headquarters, Attention: Pauli Sayres, 1111 Israel Road, Olympia, WA 98504-2650, at least ten working days in advance of the scheduled meeting date.

     Agendas are posted on the agency web site http://www.parks.wa.gov/commtg.asp at least one week in advance of meetings, and commission action posted within a week after the meeting.
