AMENDATORY SECTION(Amending WSR 91-17-077, filed 8/21/91,
effective 9/21/91)
WAC 132Q-135-050
State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA).
It is the policy of the Community Colleges of Spokane that
capital projects shall be accomplished in compliance with
chapter 43.21C RCW, the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA),
and in accordance with chapter 197-11 WAC and all subsequent
amendments thereto, and WAC 131-24-030.
In compliance with chapter 197-11 WAC, the ((chief
executive officer)) chancellor or a duly appointed
administrator designee shall be the responsible official for
implementing this policy.
