INTERPRETIVE OR POLICY STATEMENT
In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list
of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department
of social and health services.
Legal and Administrative Services
Subject: Prescription drug program -- Maximum allowable costs (MAC).
Effective Date: May 1, 2012.
Description: The medicaid program of the health care authority implemented changes to MAC in the prescription drug program with most changes-additions, adjustments and deletions-effective on and after May 1, 2012, and several other MAC adjustments effective April 1, 2012.
