THIS RULE IS BEING PROPOSED UNDER AN EXPEDITED RULE-MAKING PROCESS THAT WILL ELIMINATE THE NEED FOR THE AGENCY TO HOLD PUBLIC HEARINGS, PREPARE A SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC IMPACT STATEMENT, OR PROVIDE RESPONSES TO THE CRITERIA FOR A SIGNIFICANT LEGISLATIVE RULE. Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules: Repealing bylaws from 1968 that are out-of-date.
Reasons Supporting Proposal: Chapter 256-01 WAC, bylaws are out-of-date and no longer applicable to the operation of the EWSHS.
Statutory Authority for Adoption: Chapter 27.34 RCW.
Statute Being Implemented: Not applicable.
Rule is not necessitated by federal law, federal or state court decision.
