Specific Questions Related to Administration
of Property Taxes Under I-695
The department of revenue has cancelled Property Tax
Advisory 1.1.2009 (PTA 1.1). This advisory provides guidance
on specific property tax questions the department received in
regards to implications of Initiative 695. This information
is no longer needed because I-695 was ruled unconstitutional. A copy of this document is available via the internet at
