Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: Chapter 43.215 RCW.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The department of early learning (DEL) seeks to streamline and improve efficiencies in the subsidy program for consumers. Implement legislation as required by the 2013 legislature.

Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: The state department of social and health services jointly administers the working connections child care and seasonal child care subsidy programs.
