Subject of Possible Rule Making: WAC 182-538-130 Exemptions and ending enrollment in management care, 182-538-150 Apple health foster care program, 182-501-0200 Third-party resources, and other rules as appropriate.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Changes to these WAC are necessary because the agency is delegating third-party activities to managed care organizations. During the course of this review, the agency may identify additional changes that are required in order to improve clarity or update policy.
