Title of Rule and Other Identifying Information: WAC 220-410-010 Game management units (GMUs) boundary descriptions—Region one and 220-415-040 Elk area descriptions.
Purpose of the Proposal and Its Anticipated Effects, Including Any Changes in Existing Rules: Amendment is needed to update road names in the boundary descriptions for GMU 175, GMU 181, and Elk Area 1075.
Reasons Supporting Proposal: County officials have recently changed Back Road to Parsons Road and the boundary descriptions for GMUs 175 and 181 in WAC 220-410-010 and Elk Area 1075 in WAC 220-415-040 need to be updated to reflect that change. We are also proposing any reference to Back Rd be changed to Parsons Rd (Back Rd) because although the road signs have been changed, all maps referencing this area identify the road in question as Back Rd.
